Customized Universal Glove Box for Laboratory & Nuclear Use

  • The Universal Glove Box is commonly used in Research & Development Applications and Small Scale Production Enviroments
  • From a single workstation to multiple workstations, we provide you with the space and systems needed to maintain an inert environment while meeting production scale requirements.
  • Provide integrated gas purification systems, PLC controlled electronic devices, and HMI touch screens.
  • Each workstation is equipped with replaceable observation windows and four KF40 feedthrough ports.
  • The glove box is equipped with a transmission front chamber and a vacuum pump.
  • The purity of O2 and H2O in the glove box is below 1 PPM.

From single to multiple workstations, the VTI Universal glove box provides you with the space and systems needed to maintain your inert environment while still allowing production scale use. All Universal glove boxes provide an integrated gas purification system, PLC controlled electronics, as well as an HMI touchscreen. Each workstation includes replaceable sight glass, as well as (4) KF40 feedthrough ports. Our standard configurations include transfer antechambers, as well as an Edwards vacuum pump.

All VTI Universal Glove Boxes have an attainable purity level of <1 PPM of O2 and H2O.


Features

Closed Loop Gas Circulation
Inert gas in a closed loop. The gas is circulated by the blower and purifier, H2O, O2 can be removed continuously.


Auto Purging
The replacement of the atmosphere inside the glove box can be achieved automatically by the purging valves.


Automatic Regeneration
H2O and O2 removal material can be regenerated. The regeneration process can be program controlled.


Automatic Pressure Control
The pressure in the glove box is controlled automatically by the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Working pressure can be set either between +15mbar and -15mbar or between +12mbar and -12mbar. If the pressure goes over the set range, the system will be protected automatically.


Eco Mode
The vacuum pump will be activated automatically when necessary, and will turn off after a period of idle time. Blower frequency will be switched to 25Hz when moisture and oxygen level reaches to less than 1 ppm
