Glovebox Main Chamber Can’t Refill | Working gas pressure is too high which causes electro-pneumatic valve not able to open | Close the working gas supply regulator completely and manually release the pressure by disconnect the connection between the gas hose and glovebox. Then set working gas pressure to 60 – 80 psi. |
Large or Small Antechamber can’t Refill | The refill gas line between main chamber and antechamber is clogged. | Try to see if there is something clogged the refill gas line. |
Large Antechamber Can’t Evacuate | a. Working gas pressure is too low which causes the electrical-pneumatic valve behind the large antechamber unable to open. b. Antechamber door is not closed properly. Or the gasket on the door is loose. | a. Set working gas pressure to 60 – 80 psi b. Check seals and connections. Check if the door is closed properly. Check if the antechamber door gasket is loose. Perform antechamber leak test. |
