    Product Introduction
    Lithium battery automation production line, lithium metal solid-state battery intelligent equipment line, lithium metal battery automatic cutting and stacking integrated machine, solid-state battery automation production line, etc.
  • 02
    Workflow
    1. Place the battery in a vacuum oven for baking, evacuate to minimize the moisture content of the battery.
    2. The baked battery automatically enters the cooling glove box through the conveying device, and the cooling glove box has a cooling device that can quickly cool the battery.
    3. The cooled battery can gradually and automatically enter the glove box for liquid injection through the conveying device.
    4. After injection, the battery enters the buffer glove box.
    5. The batteries inside the cache glove box enter the compression (static) vacuum compartment, which compresses the batteries.
    6. Squeezing (settling) the vacuum chamber, the battery will automatically enter the sealed glove box after vacuum settling, and the battery will be sealed.
    7. The battery is discharged from the discharge compartment, and the entire transportation process of the battery can be automatically transferred.​​​​​​​
