Solvent Purification for chemistry laboratory chemical synthesis handling toxic substances hazardous materials

  • Organic solvent purification system performs solvent drying and purification by removing moisture, oxygen, etc
  • Low purity industrial solvents can be purified into high-purity ones
  • Fast, safe, easy to operate, meeting the highest security level requirements

Quantity:
  • Mikrouna

Working principle

The organic solvent purification system performs solvent infusion by pressurizing the liquid level in the storage tank using a working gas (it is recommended to use 99.99% nitrogen or gas of higher purity). The solvent will then flow through the pipeline system into a dual-column purification column capable of removing water and oxygen.

The ultra-pure solvent will finally be delivered into a solvent collection bottle, reactor, or glovebox that has undergone vacuum evacuation.

Product Features

The organic solvent purification system is fast, safe, easy to operate, complies with safety standards, and can be customized according to user requirements.

For exhausted purification materials, after customer disposal, Mikrouna can provide new refilling and reactivation services.
