Super Series Glove Box

  • The Super Glove Box is commonly used in Research & Development Applications and Prototyping in Universities and Commercial Laboratories.
 
  • Glove box function:Self diagnosis, power-off self start, pressure control and adaptation, automatic control, cycle control and password protection, etc.
 
  • Single workstation system: 
  1. Equipped with an integrated gas purification system (single column), PLC controller (with touch screen HMI), electronic casing, front chambers of various sizes, replaceable mirrors and vacuum pump;
  2. The purity can reach H2O<1ppm, O2<1ppm;
  3. Equipped with a large capacity purification system that can adsorb 60 liters of oxygen and absorb 2000 grams of water, thereby extending the time between regeneration cycles.

Product Features


Optional IoT smart system enables mobile control and centralized management of the glove box, ensuring safety and peace of mind. It offers intelligent functions including real-time synchronization of device status, equipment data report recording, historical data querying, proactive alarm notifications, remote device debugging, online fault diagnosis and repair requests, as well as online customer support—all accessible through the device.

  1. Operation: Regeneration process is automatically controlled by the PLC.

  • Pressure Control: Manages the pressure in both the main chamber and the antechamber. The working pressure of the main chamber can be freely set within a range of ±15 mbar; the system will activate automatic protection if the pressure deviates beyond ±16 mbar.


  • Footswitch: Chamber pressure can be adjusted via the footswitch


  • Data Logger: Automatically records system data.
