Advanced Glove Box Series

  • Advanced glove box with dual purifier is commonly used in full-scale production
  •  Large capacity purification system: capable of adsorbing 60 liters of oxygen and absorbing 2000 grams of water, thereby extending the time between regeneration cycles.
  •  Equipped with 2 purifiers: when one is regenerated, the system automatically switches to the other to achieve continuous production.
  • From a single workstation system to a multi workstation system: can be operated side by side or face-to-face with an integrated gas purification system (2 switchable purifiers), PLC controller and HMI; equipped with sealed box, internal and external transmission front chamber, tilting operation side with replaceable sight glass and vacuum pump, etc; the purity of the glove box can reach H2O<1ppm and O2<1ppm.

Product Features


Optional IoT smart system enables mobile control and centralized management of the glove box, ensuring safety and peace of mind. It offers intelligent functions including real-time synchronization of device status, equipment data report recording, historical data querying, proactive alarm notifications, remote device debugging, online fault diagnosis and repair requests, as well as online customer support—all accessible through the device.

Purification System


  • Purification Column

  1. Function: Gas-tight sealing and removal of water & oxygen.

  2. Container Material: 304 Stainless Steel

  3. Purification Materials: 5 kg copper catalyst, 5 kg molecular sieve

  4. Purification Capacity: Oxygen removal 60 L, water removal 2 kg.

  5. Specifications: Water and oxygen content < 1 ppm.

   Working Gases: Nitrogen, Argon, Helium


  • Regeneration

  1. Operation: Regeneration process is automatically controlled by the PLC.

  2. Regeneration Gas: Working gas mixed with 5–10% hydrogen


  • Vacuum Pump

  2. Rotary Vane Pump: Equipped with an oil mist filter and pneumatic vibration control

  • Functions: Includes self-diagnostics, automatic restart after power failure, pressure control and adaptive functions, automatic control, circulation control, and password protection.


  • Pressure Control: Manages the pressure in both the main chamber and the antechamber. The working pressure of the main chamber can be freely set within a range of ±15 mbar; the system will activate automatic protection if the pressure deviates beyond ±16 mbar.



  • Footswitch: Chamber pressure can be adjusted via the footswitch

  • Data Logger: Automatically records system data.
