Let's first understand the basic functions of the circulating purification glove box:

1.Closed loop: The inert gas inside the glove box is circulated in a closed loop through a circulating fan and purifier, continuously removing water and oxygen.


2.Automatic control regeneration: Water and oxygen removal materials can be regenerated, and the regeneration process is controlled by a program.


3.Automatic cleaning: The atmosphere inside the glove box is replaced through an automatically controlled cleaning valve.


4.Box pressure control: The pressure inside the glove box is automatically controlled by PLC, and the working pressure+/-


5.Automatic control of vacuum pump: The vacuum pump is required to automatically turn on when needed by the system.


Let's take a look at the configurations and details of the circulating purification glove box:

The circulating purification glove box integrates a closed box body, transition cabin, circulating purification unit (single column), PLC control and touch screen operating system, vacuum system, display system, bracket, etc.


The box body of the circulating purification glove box is made of 304 stainless steel, with a thickness of 3mm, and the inner surface is treated with stainless steel wire drawing,the outer surface is usually treated with spray coating.


The observation window on the box body of the circulating purification glove box is made of 8mm thick transparent tempered safety glass, and adopts a solid core O-ring (vacuum sealing method) flange window structure to achieve no leakage.


The glove opening of the circulating purification glove box is made of aluminum alloy material, which is corrosion-resistant, sealed with O-ring without leakage, and easy to maintain.


The material of the circular transition chamber of the circulating purification glove box is 304 stainless steel, with a length of 600mm and a diameter of 360mm.


The container of the gas purification circulation system is also made of 304 stainless steel, using purification materials such as copper catalyst to achieve water and oxygen removal functions.


The control system of the circulating purification glove box includes self diagnosis, power-off self starting characteristics, pressure control and adaptive functions; automatic control, loop control, password protection.


The foot pedal is used to control the pressure of the glove box body, facilitating the increase and decrease of operating pressure.


The vacuum system can be manually or started through PLC, which can evacuate the transition cabin and maintain pressure balance in the glove box.


Most water analyzers in the circulating purification glove box use phosphorus pentoxide sensors.The water probe is corrosion-resistant and can be restored to its initial state through a cleaning and regeneration program. It can be reused, avoiding the problem of being scrapped after one pollution, and has low maintenance costs in the future.


Most oxygen analyzers in the circulating purification glove box use zirconia sensors, which avoid the problem of short lifespan and inability to be exposed to high oxygen in fuel cells (electrochemical cells), and have low maintenance costs in the future.


The function of the organic solvent adsorber in the circulating purification glove box is to allow the circulating gas to first pass through the adsorber and adsorb the volatile organic solvent atmosphere.The adsorbent material can be quickly replaced without damaging the high-purity atmosphere.
