At this moment, the status bar above the glove box touch screen is flashing with a "warning prompt to open the outer door".


After the outer door is fully opened, the operator places the feeding items, and the system will automatically close the outer transition cabin door when it detects the conditions for closing the door; Update the status bar on the glove box control screen to 'Outer door closed warning prompt'.


After the outer door of the transition cabin is closed, the system automatically performs a pumping and charging operation on the transition cabin according to preset parameters to ensure the balance and stability of the internal environment of the transition cabin and the internal environment of the glove box. The status bar above the touch screen displays "automatic air supply", allowing the operator to have a clear understanding of the changes in the environment inside the glove box.


After the filling is completed, the inner door of the large transition cabin will immediately open, the buzzer will sound again, and the status bar will display a "warning prompt for the inner door to open". After removing the material, the system will automatically detect the conditions for allowing the door to close and automatically close the glove box transition compartment inner door. At this time, the status bar will update to "warning prompt for the inner door to close".


After the automatic glove box transition cabin door is closed, if no compartment operation is carried out within 10 minutes, the system will automatically pump the transition cabin to a negative pressure state of about 500mbar to ensure good sealing in case of unexpected situations such as power and gas outages. Afterwards, the system of the glove box enters a sleep state, waiting for the next operation instruction.


The difference between the discharge and feeding of the glove box transition cabin is that the feeding process involves opening the outer door to release the material, closing the outer door to inflate it, and opening the inner door to retrieve the material; And the discharge process is to first inflate the air - open the inner door to release the material - close the inner door and open the outer door to retrieve the material.
