A The cleaning process for the water probe in the Mikrouna glove box is as follows:
1. Unplug the wires and remove the water probe from the glove box;
2. Remove the protective cover of the water probe;
3. Clean the probe with deionized water or distilled water, and dry it with a dry cloth. The cleaning action should be gentle, and do not rub, wipe, scrape, pick, tap, etc. with objects;
4. Place the probe on a dry sandpaper, moisten the probe with the specialized liquid for water probes;
5. After there is no dripping phenomenon, install the protective cover;
6. Install the water probe on the glove box, connect the wires, then start the cycle, set the box pressure to the universal pressure range, and then start the water analyzer.

A The fan in the glove box may not be running due to a fault in the fan frequency converter or the fan itself. If it is a fault in the fan frequency converter, you can check the fault code of the frequency converter and follow the instructions. If it is a fault in the fan itself, it needs to be replaced.

A Before starting the glove box cycle, some basic checks need to be done to see if the box is being cleaned and if the glove box is undergoing regeneration. If the glove box is undergoing cleaning and regeneration operations, the cycle cannot be started.

A The purification system of the Mikrouna standard glove box consists of molecular sieves and copper catalysts. After running for a period of time, it needs to be regenerated to restore its purification performance.

A When unsure of the atmosphere inside the glove box transition compartment or whether the outer compartment door has been opened, the transition compartment must be evacuated and cleaned three times. Open the inner door again and place the desired object into the compartment. Close the inner door and do not need to evacuate. Open the outer door directly to take out the object, and then close the outer door.

A The steps for transferring items between the glove box large transition compartment and the small transition compartment are different. The vacuum operation of the large transition compartment is directly operated by clicking the corresponding button on the screen, while the small transition compartment is manually evacuated. When placing objects in the glove box small transition compartment from the outside to the inside, first check if the small compartment door is closed properly. After placing the required items into the small transition compartment, close the small compartment door, turn the manual ball valve to the "vacuum" position, then observe the pressure gauge of the small transition compartment until the pressure reaches -0.1Mpa, then turn the manual ball valve to the "cleaning" position, observe the pressure gauge of the small compartment until it returns to zero, and then turn the knob to the "closed" position. This is a complete small transition compartment operation. Generally, this operation only needs to be repeated three times to open the inner compartment door and take out the objects in the compartment. After taking out the items, close the inner small compartment door tightly.

A The steps for transferring items from inside the glove box to outside are different from the steps for transferring items from outside the glove box to inside the glove box. When placing items from inside to outside, confirm that the outer door is closed and that the transition chamber atmosphere is consistent with the glove box; Rotate the handle counterclockwise again to open the inner compartment door and place the object to be placed on the tray inside the compartment. Rotate the handle clockwise to close the door. At this time, there is no need to evacuate. Simply rotate the handle counterclockwise to open the outer door and take out the object, and then rotate the handle clockwise to close the outer door. If the transition chamber is not used for a long time, it needs to be evacuated to negative pressure and placed.
