2: Humidity: below 85% RH (in the absence of moisture condensation);

3: Generally, indoor air is sufficient to meet the conditions;

4: Cleanliness level: 100000 or above;

5: Avoid continuous and repeated ON/OFF operation of the glove box.

If the fan filter unit is used in an environment that does not meet the above conditions, it will affect the performance of the equipment and may cause electrical short circuits, resulting in damage to electrical components and shortening the service life of the equipment.

The Mikrouna Ultra Clean Filter Glove Box integrates an Ultra Clean Filter Unit (FFU), which is a modular end air supply device with self powered and filtering capabilities. The fan sucks in the gas inside the glove box from the top of the FFU and filters it through HEPA. The filtered clean gas is evenly sent out at a wind speed of 0.45m/s+20% on the entire outlet surface. Q How is the material added to the automatic transition compartment of the glove box in Mikrouna？

When adding materials to the automatic large transition compartment of the Mikrouna glove box, click the "Automatic Material Addition Switch for Large Transition Cabin", and the system will automatically complete the process of adding materials. The specific process is as follows:

1) The outer door of the large transition compartment begins to open, and the buzzer starts to sound, reminding the operator to pay attention to safety;

2) After the outer door is opened, the placement of added items must be completed within the set delayed closing time;

3) After placing the three items, the system will delay the closing time and automatically start closing the outer door of the large transition compartment;

4) After the outer door of the large transition compartment is closed, the system automatically fills the large transition compartment according to the set parameters;

5) After the filling is completed, the inner door of the large transition compartment begins to open, and the required items need to be taken out within the set delayed closing time;

6) After the item is taken out, the system will delay the closing time and automatically start closing the inner door of the large transition compartment;

7) After the inner door of the large transition compartment is closed, if no operation is carried out within 10 minutes, the system will automatically draw the large transition compartment to a negative pressure of about 500mbar and place it.
